Wearwell Appoints New Head of Sales
Wearwell continues its impressive hiring streak with the appointment of a new Head of Sales for Herock. The Tamworth-based Workwear and workplace uniform specialists have acquired the services of workwear sales veteran, Luke Armstrong. He has been tasked with developing new and existing relationships for the Belgian-based workwear brand, Herock®, for which Wearwell is the exclusive UK marketing and distribution partner.
Armstrong has spent much of his career at Dickies, where he held Regional Sales Manager roles before moving to a national position working with the likes of Jewson, Screwfix and Tool Station.
“I’m delighted to join Wearwell at such an exciting time following confirmation of its status as the official UK & Ireland distributor of the Herock® brand,” Armstrong said. “Wearwell has a rich history of supplying bespoke workwear solutions to many industries including lease and laundry, with production from both the UK Head Office in Tamworth along with nearshore facilities in North Africa.
“Working with one of the fastest growing premium fashionable workwear brands in Europe is a wonderful new challenge and one I am eager to get stuck into. I’m looking forward to presenting real opportunities to partner up with key stockists in the UK and Ireland as they begin their journey with the brand.”
Wearwell CEO Richard Wright said, “Luke is a highly accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the workwear sector. He brings a wealth of expertise to Wearwell and Herock® at a very busy and exciting time for both brands.”
One of the first tasks facing the new head of sales will be the launch of the all-new Herock® catalogue collection, which introduces a number of new and exciting products to the already jam-packed range. It comes hot on the heels of the brand becoming the official workwear supplier to the British Superbike Championship.
The Wearwell Herock® team will also attend the 2022 Screwfix Live show in September, with great offers on the Herock range.
