Wearwell Price Announcement
Over the past few years, Wearwell has sort to absorb the price increases levied on us from our suppliers, despite an increase of 10 to 30 percent in production materials, rising minimum wages in the Far East, and year on year inflation costs.
Like many of our competitors, Wearwell has seen a sharp increase in both the price of logistics and raw materials (see cotton graph for 2021 below). This has forced us to revise and adjust our prices, as we are no longer able to compensate for them using internal process improvements.
In order to recover some of the cost associated with the rapidly rising cotton, polyester and wool material prices, we are announcing a pricing adjustment for all Wearwell products effective October 1, 2021.
